Now thats what I like to hear Freddy and would be the way to go IMO . The C13 zones have the strongest log shows, are the main producers at Rubelsanto, it would be much quicker and cheaper to drill and to increase production , it could be drilled off an existing pad and combine storage.
The problem they have in producing from the lower zones is it could be many years before they reached C13. Drill the upper zones first and deal with the lower zones later.
If this is their thinking and it wouldn't supprise me , then I like it very much.
