Not that I am aware of. It hasn't affected the number of items they have for sale on their site. I check it everyday for items and brands and chart brand sale trends.
You might like to read this there is some concern for Luxury brands but they are mainly produced in Europe, the supply chain issues are much more centered in Asia. Also luxury brands are more able to pass on price increases to consumers.

Cettire can be viewed as a brand outlet they ship straight from suppliers who have the items in stock.
The question for Cettire might be shipping costs getting items to customers but again luxury buyers are more willing to absorb these costs.
