I think it should be seen for what it is. T3ers getting out as they see no gains to be made as the market just has not seen this report as anything spectacular. Others getting out as the announcement was less that they had hoped. Those buying probably getting in for the mid term as they can see the potential mid term wise.
So in short those after a quick short term gain can see this is not going to happen and those with a mid to long term view happy to get in.
