Not IMO no.
If you use a fully diluted basis it provides a more conservative figure again.
However you can use any figure you like at this stage. What really matters is what "The Market" thinks ;). All else is arbitrary until proven factual.
I read a query somewhere yesterday (T4P I think) as to the process that may be utilised. I am just having a best guess here but the Newcrest Telfer Cu/Au plant design may be a model to be used, another is the First Quantum Kansanshi Cu/Au Mine in Africa. The final design will depend on (amongst other factors) the oxide and sulphide composition of the ore. Way out of my expertise and I will leave that to the metallurgists out there.
