I have expanded on it further now and the result is quite interesting. I am waiting on further data to expand it again and independent review. However with each amendment and double check it simply becomes more accurate and increases value.
Peer review has helped me greatly but the best review of all I am still waiting on. The same source that confirmed what I did with AAR when I valued Koongie Park some time ago, before AAR did so themselves earlier this year. Interesting to note that with that valuation, it was not far off what the company ascertained themselves in a report this year. It was also a base metals resource IGV estimate, that model I used 10% IGV, with CVI I have only used 5% IGV as this discounts further for recovery loss.
As you rightly pointed out the likes of PWC remain highly conservative and did so with CVI significantly. Financiers are also conservative, however they do take the complete picture into account.
Interesting times ahead.
