HGO in their wisdom I have estimated off loaded at least 500,000 shares which made up unmarketable parcels into a very weak and falling market. Their announcement today advised they concluded the sale of 1250 shareholders shares with a value of less than AUD$500 value. The smart thing for them to do would have been to buy these shares and support the share price. Would have cost them $300K to buy at 60c and they would have been improving shareholders value. But not to be! I assume that because these shares were being sold, directors would not have been allowed to buy on market. I also assume that since the sales have completed that directors can start buying shares. Lets see if they put their money where their mouths are!
