    There was an article in the BRW a few weeks back about the development in China. There were some interesting points made, whether true or not I'm not sure.
    80% of cement being poured worldwide is being poured in China
    250 000km of cable is being laid per year for the supply of electricity (mainly copper I assume)

    So cement and copper may be the way to go.
