Actually that death cross is exactly what you would expect in a stage 4 chart or early stage 1. The whole curve of the chart over its initial breakout until now is a thing of beauty as would be described by Stan Weinstein, it fits his investing strategy perfectly, on a daily chart it is beginning to track sideways another indicator of early stage 1. As I also pointed out previously the 50 sma will fall further to catch up with the current price trend, and then move sideways flattening out then eventually it should move up and cross back above the 200 and form a golden cross. If it behaves correctly the share price will eventually move above the 50 sma then continue to step its way up respecting the 50 sma as a major support, at this point it will be in stage 2, which I admit is also a thing of beauty. The 50 sma has to be in a upward trend the first indicators of that trend should help in deciding when to enter. Traps are always present its not unusual to have rallys along the consolidation line, they soon drop back this is where a decent stop loss comes into play.
