At 60% off the high we're more likely stage 4 than 3. It's not impossible that a year from now we'll find this was just the left side of a stage 1 reset ie a long base that eventually breaks out to the upside. But for all practical purposes at this point it's stage 4.
If you pull up one of the lithium stocks charts like cxo wr1 nmt pls, you'll see how they all formed long sideways topping bases, that's a stage 3 that then broke down into stage 4. Some of them may now be in stage 1 bottoming bases again or maybe still stage 4 down trends
