I agree it’s difficult to see a turnaround unless we see something material. I honestly thought the share price would stabilise after the most recent announcement, but that has not been the case. As far as your comments regarding long positions unwinding, if this is related to instos, then I think most of that has already happened, given the last CR was at $2.55. As a retail long term investor myself, I have been buying and increasing my position, whilst also trading the swings to bring my average price down. I wonder how many others have done the same as me. Will it go to $1? Anything is possible and will depend on many factors such as slowing trial expansion, global tensions, general stock market correction etc etc. I suppose the market will ultimately value the company in line with progress & potential relative to timing of a BO or revenues.
