Hey MJ. Yeah ! As trader for me every day is a noob day. Every day is different no matter how much data I review. When I trade the laws of asymmetric and symmetric risk dictate that the market should have no top or bottom but that only helps contain my (inevitable) losses but not prevent them. In fact it is not unusual the way that I trade for 7 out of every 10 trades to show no profit after fees and charges. Not preaching to the choir. Frustration and loss of capital can be a great motivator but also a great destroyer of confidence and without confidence the market can destroy all and any in its path. There is absolutely nothing wrong however in closing a position though to take a break even if only to re-enter at some later date. My opinion only of course. Stay safe.
