that’s great explanation, I think too we are in that situation
so how can these institutions be assured while they shorting or “inversely correlated positions” , the other I institutions would not buy for sure . I am sure this stock is in radar of many large institutions. Throwing this stock at this price and having assured that other institutions are not picking up really requires something more than courage there is no change in substantial holding but the recent volumes are high enough to make an announcement if there is any change to substantial holding , so I assume these volume are cross trades between institutions to ouch price down and shorting volume
