Certainly the OPT catastrophe provided a great deal of reason to turn investors off biotechs in general, and specifically to create major issues for certain funds groups invested (substantially) in OPT that may have offloaded other investments as a direct result especially to maintain cash liquidity.
Of course there's no good analogy between OPT and TLX, the former not only had depended on its now failed Phase 3 trial for future cash flow, but now trying to unravel (if at all possible) a funding structure with crazy liability consequences, whilst the latter enjoying large and still growing cash flows from its Illucix imaging product.
Also I'd assume any repercussions of FDA's announced decision for TLX101-CDx would have already played itself out through today's trading session, as the announcement was released soon after the commencement of trading this morning.
