Buyers are not put off by the short position which seems to be generating a lot of conversation on here, which might be a plan.
Could it be a double bluff scenario where a large institutional buyer( like State Street etc) uses shorting to to put downward pressure on the sp while they accumulate.
That would make the most sense to me. Given the increasing positions of major players at low prices in a tightly held stock.
