Negative, I'm not sure what contracts you are referring to but they can't just do that at a whim. There are clearly laid out timelines, margins and fees, a lender just can't pull the rug on open positions because they want to move to another sector etc etc.
It's a bit like leasing a house, if the owner wants to sell then good luck but I still have 2 years remaining on my lease so I'm not going anywhere.
I'd love to see it if you have evidence to the contrary.
