While I would lean to the bear side I don't think it's clear enough to call it with any certainty yet. Things I don't like from a bull perspective is it's closed the week below all moving averages, both daily and weekly. Things I do like is it's holding in a tight range while volume is coming out, but that's more just an inflection point forming, doesn't have to be bullish.
Weekly bull flag? Potential but not until it breaks to the upside
Daily has some evidence of accumulation in the volume, not ideal price shape though with a mini head and shoulders but really it's more just a flat base(rectangle). Hard to draw on it but i did my best for the bear(red candles) and bull(green candles) for next week
Need to see Mondays price and volume to start to get a more clear picture
I should add, these sort of broken charts are hard to predict as they're often just wild random chop which is one of many reasons why I try to avoid buying them
