He'd have to have plenty of contacts, even without banking history as the chairman of a company whose stock recently was owned by everyone, he'd surely have spoken to plenty of them over the past couple of years. It wouldn't be hard to sell them the idea of squeezing the shorts, would appear to be a risk free trade to anyone who believes the only reason the shorts are there is to cover into a raise
