I think the chairman absolutely needs to do a deal with a non-shorting Insto to send a message to the market.
If he lets the short positions in on any raise then it opens pandora's box for any deals in the future. You just don't want any Insto selling down their raise position too early or it will decimate sentiment. Not that 'cornerstone investments" are easy to find. Man is that even a term now?
