Except CU6 follows the NBI very well. I can’t see any correlation with the ICEBIO at all… ICEBIO purple, NBI red. MA420, there is aprox $50mil short atm. That sounds like a lot but the average trade is around $4-5mil everyday- I haven’t checked that exactly. So they can dribble it out on the down days without too much effect and hope for a market correction or CR. As Wednesday said, it will help to put a floor under the price that’s for sure. But at the same time, because there’s a lot of money underwater atm they have a big incentive to surpress the price and talk it down while they exit. Being sophisticated players there’s ways they can do that. The AFR article is a case in point, imo. Also, with algorithm trades they can push the price down to some extent during quite periods. It’s above my pay grade but I have no doubt that is what is going on here atm.
