I use both fundamental and technical data. Supporting my theory that the stock has broken the technical downtrend, I would point towards the recent results.
In addition, the company has said they are seeking breakthrough designation from the FDA. The FDA must respond yes or no within 60 days. The chances are very much in our favor for a yes response. They may also apply for a second btd soon based on the NETs imaging results.
I’d be shocked if a BTD didn’t result in a significant re rate. And if shorts are still in they will get incinerated, turbo charging the breakout. This means shorts playing a percentage game may have less than 60 days to get out( I don’t know if they have already applied, they may have) . So they will be using every tactic in the book in the v short term to keep the price down.
