Ideally you want the stock to be leading the sector/market, the divergence with the XBI is just more evidence this is now a laggard and is likely going to not do very much in this next bull market. The best stocks(the ones that are about to go up the most) lead because they're the ones the instos/funds are buying during the market fear during corrections, again this was a big clue with CU6 back at 90c when it broke out of it's base during a bear rally in a market correction and then just pulled back to retest the breakout while the markets made new lows = leader. Now Cu6 is making lower highs when the sector is making higher highs = laggard. Of course this isn't a perfect science so I'll adjust my view if the evidence changes
