That makes it their job to take advantage of times when the market pushes the price up, not to try and manipulate the market with some scam buy back. I can't say I've ever seen a reputable pre revenue company doing a buy back, seen a few scam companies do them though. It makes them into a joke if they do it, raise money and then use that money to buy back their own stock instead of using it to fund their trials and advance the company, crazy stuff
