My interpretation of yesterday's price action suggests yesterday...

My interpretation of yesterday's price action suggests yesterday was an outlier in regards overall trend - but i agree it appears to be stuck in this sideways channel until we get significant news - be it a CR or other funding arrangement, or breakthrough trial information.

As i mentioned on another thread the closing out of the auction resulted in 2.83 million shares changing hands. But thats only part of the story for the session. Right from the outset there was relatively speaking considerable volume pushing the price down, keeping the momentum on a downwards trend through the session. My interpretation is that the Index Funds were Shorting earlier in the session, but then began Short covering towards the end of session, with final completion at the closing auction thus it closed off its lows at the end.

Just as the Shorters are expecting a way to close out in the coming months, as a long investor i too am quite comfortable holding because IMO it will ultimately turn up, to much higher levels. It might still have hurdles along the way, but its fundamentals are too strong to ignore.
