All time high at close!

Just goes to show that many of the so called ”market experts” and analyst talking heads over the last 12 months or so are totally clueless. There’s no imminent crash coming outside of a geo political blowup which looks less likely now.
While I agree that there are some crazy valuations on meme stocks/sectors, they are not the total market.

Past trend shows that when the market breaks to new highs after a significant pullback the market continues to step up to higher levels. It’s as clear as day on the
charts. The bull run continues.



What does this mean for CU6? Well, we follow the trend of the NBI which is right now squeezed between two trend lines. Will it break higher or lower?
Under the theory of a rising tide floats all boats you would think we would break to the north. But bio hasn’t followed the general market. Below shows the performance of the composite v the NBI.

Imo, bio in general is due for a catchup, there’s a lot of headroom on the NBI just to reach trend resistance and the index is barely higher than it’s high in 2015 and it’s 22% lower than the all time high in August 21.
So, the odds are well in our favor that the NBI will head north over the next 12 months. That’s good news for CU6. But don’t expect a straight line!
