Alan knows how index funds work and how the hedge funds use them to short ahead of capital raises they know are coming. He has raised ahead of any index inclusion and he has the really big stick of a big pharma takeover offer to scare off the shorters. You would not want to be short CU6 if/when an TO lands (which could be anytime).
I don't think it is a good idea to include companies without income in the major indexes as it just allows a great deal of bad games to be played at the expense of retail shareholders.
