I think we have to take the results in context of trial parameters. If the result is ok, but in patients with 4-5 prior lines of treatment... while it will probably fall, it doesn't mean the drug isn't good.
Cohort 2 arguably returned a better response that cohort 3 for their dose escalation, this doesnt mean 8Gbq is better than 12Gbq.
