Nah, stage 4 is when the stock tops out and goes into a real downtrend(look at the lithiums for examples of stage 4s), this is more likely just a base in the stage 2 trend. People like Minervini point to TMLs having 4 to 5 bases during their stage 2 trend. Weinstein uses the 30W MA as his indicator for a stage 4 beginning, I can't remember if he uses EMA or SMA but 30Ws for EMA and SMA are $3.15 and $2.92
