Agree. Clearly there's been a material change in the trading, but has it got anything to do with the fundamentals of the company?
If we can assume the Company adheres to proper governance principles, then if there is a significant fundamental variation from past results for whatever reason you'd expect the Company to either provide an update, or earlier, seek a Pause in Trading. So until we get any further information i assume this is trading activity, possibly triggered by initial large sales by a bigger entity. Now the smaller traders have joined the panic to get out - its making the market cap look very low (if we have a leading diagnostic and therapy technology being unveiled).
