Yeah i just worked out how much I'll pay and it's over $360k so i thought id better put some aside in case the market shits itself and just do short term trading with the money until i have to pay.
So i don't get snookered into selling at lows.
Thought there was a reasonable probability of a pull back here considering it's run too.
I usually do my own but this time ill use an agent for the later payment option.
