You’re right, at this stage 64Cu and 67Cu supply is not proving to be a significant impediment (although it is more accessible in some regions that others). However, if 67Cu were to become very popular (such as what we could see as an outcome of Cu6’s trials) then starting material supply (Zinc) could be an impediment. I believe Clarity have stocked up just in case, but it’s worth consideration. Certainly at the moment, all is well-positioned for Cu6. As we’ve all seen, they’ve strategised and executed very well.
Regarding the DOTA chelator, J591 and 177Lu-DOTATATE spring to mind.
