I am not sure if I posted this but it is the SEC doc on the Eli Lilly acquisition of Point pharma. Page 14 onwards is very interesting as it is a step by step conversation of how the actual acquisition rolled out. How they approached Point pharma and every interaction between the two companies until the sale was complete.
Interesting to see how simple it can be. Interesting to see how big pharma can pay so much for so little.
