Thanks for this. It’s so fascinating seeing the timeframe from conference to sale. Of course each deal is different. I’m not sure the Alan Taylor we see promoting the tech will accept a lowball offer and the board, and 91% of the company that hold more than 100k shares will follow AT’s lead.
