The haemotoxicity he mentioned is only a transitory issue and was seen with the patients on their last legs and heavily pretreated.
No one died and an overall survival benefit of 43 months vs 15 months for pluvicto was seen in that trial.
I think anyone would take circa 4 years over 1.
But it fails to get a mention as a competitor and was dismissed?
And it's likely that the targeting caused the deaths in that other company's trial not the alpha emiter. So the blanket statement that beta emitters are better doesn't hold up.
Let the science do the talking on that in the coming years.
But i agree; that's his job.
