Gotta roll my eyes at these valuations. What changed for them to increase their valuation from $4 to $10?? The share price, that's what changed! Relative transaction values for inferior assets were available at their valuation of $4. They just like to stay in front of the share price...just not too far. If they value it at $10, then that's where they should have valued it previously.
If we get to $10 next week without any new data, they will increase their valuation to $13.
