The big point AT emphasises all the time is that Cu is something that can be scaled by Big Pharma if they want. Personally this makes me think that CU6 will be bought out earlier rather than later as the BP acquirer will want the lead time to make sure supply meets demand.
If I had to guess a catalyst for an offer it would be the first readout from the multi-dosing cohort of the SECURE trial. If this is as promising as we all hope (based on the earlier dosing cohorts it should be) then things could move very quickly.
