I'm of the view TLX approached CU6 earlier on, prior to CU6 moving up over the past 6 months, and with TLX at that time having a mkt cap around A$3 bn +/- . Certainly AT comes across fairly bluntly, and thus any preliminary discussion would have been dismissed quite quickly IMO.
Whilst never involved in the medical industry I've seen so much chest beating elsewhere to know that personalities very often get in the way.
BUT as a very happy CU6 shareholder I'm bloody glad we've got a highly intelligent strong personality leading the Company, and for sure I feel very confident that AT will maximise the take-out sale price which surely won't be more than a few months down the track, subject to the first results of the multi-dosing cohort of the SECURE trial.
