For sure the variability between subjects is a real issue so it's fraught to make predictions early on.
There's a real chance that the OS of 43 months seen in the first trial was just caused by outliers.
Even with CU6 (lowest dose of course) seeing a complete response and then 2 non responders in the same cohort surprised me.
