TLX bought a generic product and took it to market, they've barely done any of their own trials or drug development, the fact they've been so successful with a generic product is just testament to how much innovation is desperately needed in this space ... all the big pharma deals show this too
p.s you'd have to be a special kind of stupid to compare the financials of a trial stage biotech with a commercial stage one
