Yeah but the trial which showed 43 weeks OS vs 15 weeks for pluvicto also showed similar PFS.
So youd have to think that TLX591 will again give excellent OS results when they become available.
Add to that efficacy no damage to tear ducts and salivary glands which makes some patients refuse another dose of pluvicto, 2 doses instead of 6 and a much shorter wait at the hospital before being able to return home and it certainly looks superior to me.
So you have transient haemotoxicity but no kidney damage.
