Rayze was acquired for 104% above it's last closing share price. That puts CU6 at $14.7 if receiving the same offer on Monday morning.
It is theoretically plausible that Clarity may receive a superior offer due to it's "pipeline of best-in-class products".
A 150% premium to last closing price puts the offer at $18 a share. To get to $30, CU6 would need to be at $12 ps.
Obviously I have no idea how it will all play out in the end. It will depend on the science and Alan + team.
