On Isotopes
We have apretty isotope-agnostic view of the world.
I actuallydon't like platform technologies. I thinkthat you want to solve a particular pharmacology problem, you want to thinkabout the target, you want to make sure that your choice of isotope and theradiation biology effector function that you're looking to utilize isappropriately matched to the biological problem that you're trying to solve. And so ifyou look at our pipeline, we work with a whole variety of different isotopesbecause we think that a certain isotope is going to have a certain utility.
You need to choose your isotope on the basis of the problem you want to solve...

On Alphas
I'm excited about Alphas.
My mainworry with alphas is that I think the major opportunity is in treating perhapscuratively, early-stage patients, early metastatic patients.
But the challengeis that you're going to irradiate a patient that may have a very long lifespanafter that and you need to be able to deal with the consequences of a verypotent radiation profile.
The reasonwhy we don't put alphas on renally excreted agents is because I think thatyou're going to see a lot of long-term latent nephrotoxicity.On Imaging
The imaging piece is still super important because that will enable us to select patients for some of these targets where a subtype of a particular population may be really accessible and really suitable for targeted radiation ....

-----My TAKE (influenced by the debates we see often):
1) TLX is focussed on the commercialisation of anything and everything in its path.
2) Chris (of TLX) does not necessarily dislike Cu64/67 isotopes (we already knew that from their own work with Cu64).
3) On the other hand, Alan (of Cu6) is trying to create the best in the field.

Did Telix make their own products or did they acquire them? Are they interested in going it alone because it’s best for cancer sufferers or because they want to maximise their returns? Is the cause close to the heart of any directors or CEO? Why aren’t they interested in being bought out, surely everyone has a price? questions to be asked….

my take: TLX will be redundant or at very best, a supplementary option. They need to diversify before becoming completely irrelevant.
