Alan is talking up Cu6 as a takeover target based on the therapeutic side.
From the above article we have take overs in this space at near 100% premiums on the market price with multiple bidders, in some cases.
Also, from the article, industry insiders are saying that big pharma has been looking at locking in the supply side of radiotherapy, which is problematic, but in the future they will look at differentiated technology in the space with solid moats( my words)
Could we be any more primed as a take over target? We tick every single box. My guess is that Clarity has already been approached but the offers aren’t high enough.
