Fair enough mate, it's a fair view to have. No imaging or therapy ever takes the whole pie.
my belief is the therapy/imaging with the best differentiator will take the lions share. You may be right that there's not enough in it to switch to cu64. But if next day imaging is picking lesions up 6months in advance of F18/GA86 and even same day cu64, i think that is significant.
Moving forward, another key point is if cu67 becomes the main PSMA therapy, it would seem logical to image off cu64.
