One more thing. Correct me if I’m wrong because I don’t micro analyze this stock . But I read somewhere that a new/old large investor with a great track record is tipping this stock to value at 4-5 Bil based on recent takeover activity.
Sometimes companies use these public “ unofficial “ announcements to telegraph what they want from a potential suitor and to inform other potential suitors . That value seems about right from my reading.
In the haggling and depending on market conditions we are probably looking at a current fair valuation of about $3.5Bil, but that is going up on every announcement.
