I am sure I am stating the obvious here to everyone but the principal investigator of Cobra is Dr Neil Shore who is the Chief Medical Officer, Surgical Oncology and Urology - Genesis Care, US.
Genesis did get into financial difficulty and unwillingly had to liquidate assets at the time. Clarity was easily accessible for the fire sale at the time, much to Neil's disgust. Genesis still has a large interest in what Clarity is delivering, as a larger user of the technology once developed.
sorry if I am stating the obvious.
Who knows, Genesis has turned the corner and is starting to show better results financially and may drive back in?
