Arthuros much earlier suggested you should contact the Company to get clarification on all these specific matters you seem to be concerned about. I don't understand why you haven't bothered to do that - i have personally contacted AT on various matters, some of which related to trial information and scheduling, the remainder related on investment type issues and funding.
Besides receiving email responses AT sought my phone number and we talked for about 20 minutes at one point, and i found him to be very open about matters I brought up, and it enabled a much more informative basis because of the to and fro nature of the discussion.
Some others on HC (don't recall the posters) have erroneously suggested the Company aloof etc, and yet i haven't found that to be the case whatsoever. Because I tend to invest in companies for a longer timeframe i certainly try to keep in touch with each company through the journey to understand how things are progressing. Others have suggested not to get too close to a company because it builds an emotional attachment that isn't recommended and makes selling difficult, but i don't follow that investment thesis.
