Yeah I agree Ricky. I don't see this as an overly optimistic release. Read the wording carefully as if it were a central bank statement on interest rates. "Neon Energy REMAINS encouraged by results and considers that production testing is warranted" . If they use the word "remains" in there the implication is that some parties are not convinced about that. And "considers that" is not an emphatic statement about proceeding with production testing. They are really hedging their bets with this statement IMO. And then all the other news about cost over runs etc. I certainly don't view this as super positive. That being said, I will continue to hold...
