So here's a conundrum for you all.

Now that the government have lifted the moratorium the only company/place ready to roll is Cuadrilla/PNR.

However, the one place they really don’t want to start fracking again is PNR because it's a racing certainty that they’ll cause another unacceptable quake within weeks and then that will be the end of fracking in the UK. They'll really want Cuadrilla to hold off and allow Monaco Jim to have a go somewhere like Derbyshire in the hope that they can frack without quakes there (however unlikely that would be given the BGS report).

So how do they say to Cuadrilla or AJL, sorry lads - the moratorium is lifted but you have to wait and let somebody else have a go first for a couple of years?
