So how do they say to Cuadrilla or AJL, sorry lads - the moratorium is lifted but you have to wait and let somebody else have a go first for a couple of years?

Surely this has to play into our favour and we are awarded favour for having cuadrilla already in an advanced position to flow test and frack with PNR site only weeks away from testing flow rates
