Planning Officer recommend approval for fracking application by Third Energy. But will the country council turn it down to appease the anti fracking crowd.
It would be nice if the Inspectorate report on Caudrilla case is announced positively to show support for shale development and send a message to these NIMBY and anarchists that rationales and facts prevail and not scare story and distorted facts.
